CAST NEEDS

***** CAST NEEDS FOR ALICE IN WONDERLAND *********

Characters with # of lines:
251     ALICE - A strong and spunky girl who has a big imagination.


17      WHITE RABBIT- A distinguished but clumsy rabbit that for some reason can’t stop misplacing his belongings and tripping over his own two feet.


24     MOUSE- A prim and proper young mouse who is terribly afraid of cats and faints every time she hears them mentioned.


22     CATERPILLAR- Considers himself a philosopher and enjoys smoking hookah while he ponders life’s many questions.


50     CHESHIRE CAT- He is clever and friendly, but likes to tease and does whatever he wants in Wonderland. The Chesire Cat’s feet never touch the ground.


20     MARCH HARE- A hare who is entertaining two friends at his table for tea, always. He tries to help keep the dormouse awake.


46     HATTER- An eccentric man who can’t leave his table because it is always tea time; He also tries to help keep the dormouse awake.


9     DORMOUSE- A friend of the March Hare and Mad Hatter who enjoys tea but always falls asleep.


23     QUEEN OF HEARTS- The Queen of Hearts a loud and proud character who knows what she wants and expects to get it.


7     KING OF HEARTS- The King is a thoughtful man who spends most of his time making sure his subjects aren’t beheaded for no reason.

All characters except for Alice can be male or female.

Twice a year Caledonia Community Players performs plays for early elementary school children in the Greater Grand Rapids area.  The length of the shows are 1 hour, and we perform 4 shows.  Usually it is 2 on Wednesday during the day, 1 on Thursday, in the morning, and 1 Saturday night for our friends and relatives.   Questions can be emailed to ccpdirector@gmail.com.
